Yesterday I sent an email to Garvin Boyle concerning my reading of his 2016 presentation at the annual ISBPE conference. That the current SYSTEM does not select for foresight intelligence and that foresight intelligence would transform the current SYSTEM suggests starting a foundationally different SYSTEM (changing the rules of the game using foresight intelligence) that does select for foresight intelligence, enabling individuals to self-organize (self-organization arises from the SYSTEM selecting for foresight intelligence) into voluntary refugee camps, form watershed management units able to create pockets of sustainability that can self-organize into a United Federation of Watersheds able to prevent cancerous SYSTEMs from dominating and destroying Earth's life-support system.

Idea for a theory of everything comes to me. A Theory of Everything as there can be more than one.
Make claims forming a hierarchy of concepts (evidence-based)--define the main concepts the claims reference:
- Energy makes the worlds go around.
- Worlds: as subsystems, there are more than one within a universe, approximately 2.1 trillion galaxies each containing 10e11 solar systems containing more particles (hadrons) originating within a rapid inflation about 13.82 billion years ago which, within novas, have formed more particles (e.g. atoms) since.
- Around: particles, on average, move out from zero point space into expanding universe, but all particles interact and angular momentum is formed such that as galaxies and solar systems self-organized, they as subsystems rotate.
- Energy: the ability to do as distinct from...
- Matter: the ability to be.
- Some planets and moons form complex open thermodynamic systems having weather.
- Planets: orbit their star and sweep up dust to form their own body.
- Moons: do the same as planets but orbit planets.
- Some planets and moons with weather develop life, a more complex interacting system.

Eric and Sue Lee, as yin and yang, design the flag of the United Federation of Watersheds (of Earth), an equatable interaction as each complimented the other as source of elements without either being dominate. The dimensions are of a Golden Rectangle (approximately 1:1.618 φ = (1+√5)/2 ≈ 1.6180339887498948482045868343656...). Of all countries, only Togo uses the obvious ratio, which even Greece (2:3 or 1:1.5) neglected to use. It is rational to acknowledge, even celebrate, irrational numbers and the irrational.
We start with the Cosmos, because.... which is represented by a Hubble deep field image. Given our geocentric bias, Earth as pale blue dot fills the rectangle top to bottom. Within is a yin yang symbol inscribed in a square which is inscribed unseen within the Earth. The sun-yin moon-yang symbol is composed of non-symbolic images of Sun and Moon which are not concepts. They have this 'real' thing going for them. Sun as symbol is for energy, the ability to do, and the Moon (as seen by Apollo 17) appears to not change over the course of most species' life on Earth, so Moon is for matter, the relatively fixed, the what-is, or being: the 'things' that have the ability to be over a time span humans consider impressive or noticeable. Atoms that make up humanity, once made up dinosaurs, and no metaphor implied.
And matter encompasses energy, is a stable form of it, and energy moves matter, so within each is the other, it is systems of subsystems all the way down from Cosmos. The Federation (of the light footprint) is of the earth, so unnoticeable from a distance. The words UNITED FEDERATION OF WATERSHEDS occupies twenty percent of its circumstance as the Federation footprint is limited to twenty percent of land surface. If a Federation of Planets ever forms, they can go with a different flag/insignia design. The yin yang, humanities oldest coherent symbol for systems, was used by Neils Borg in his coat of arms, and by Technocracy Inc., the voice of natural laws as best as humans could understand them in the early twentieth century that hoped to help humans learn to live properly on the planet as Naturocracy Inc. may be able to do in the twenty-first century.
