SATURDAY, OCT 17, 2015: NOTE TO FILE
References
While reading, right click on links and open in a separate tab.
After reading an article consider the links. Otherwise highlight
questionable text and 'search for' in a browser search engine. Mouseover apparently unattrivuted quotes, some images, and pause. Remember there
are no authorities nor authoritative sources, just relatively better
sources (e.g. Wikipedia, Google-scholar) in a sea of misinformation (the chatosphere). Assuming internet access, consider all relevant information,
but don't believe any of it. Realize that
much of internet content, especially the online tabloid press and most blogs, are information free. Information should be free of cost, but not free from being vetted nor free from the constraints of reason and evidence nor critical inquiry. When material is referenced that is not online, go to your local library, try bitorrent, or order the book.
